Dr. Kerry Bryant, DMD, FAGD

Dr. Bryant was born in Camden, Maine in 1953, grew up in Searsmont, Maine and graduated from Belfast High School in 1970.  He attended the University of Connecticut Undergraduate School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 1974.  From 1974-1978, he attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine, D.M.D.  In 2000, he passed a national qualifying and met other requirements in continuing education earning him the prestige Fellowship Award for the Academy of General Dentistry, F.A.G.D.  Fewer than 10 percent of general dentists receive this award.  He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Nikki joined us in February of 2008. Nikki came to us with a very strong business management back ground of owning and operating her own business for six years. In March of 2009 Nikki attended the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study and completed training for Implementing Complete Dentistry. By implementing Dr. Bryant's total patient care philosophy she looks forward to working with and serving all of Dr. Bryant's patients.

Nikki resides in Oakland with her daughter and enjoys a very active lifestyle with her.

Kaitlin joined our team in March of 2011. She joins our team with over four years of experience in Patient Coordination and one year of experience in the dental field. Kaitlin has attended a series of continuing education courses including some at Yankee Dental Congress in Boston. She is a high honor graduate of Messalonskee High Schools' class of 2006.

Carol, Dental Assistant

Carol began working with us in March of 2007.  She comes with 10 years experience in the dental field working both as office coordinator and dental assistant.  She attained her radiology license in 1998.  She has gone through extensive continuing education including courses at the prestigious L. D. Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Study in St. Petersburg, Florida, and Yankee Dental Congress in Boston, as well as several local courses.  

In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing and all summer activities.  Carol resides in Chelsea with her husband and their two sons.

Laura and her family are originally from Hampden, Maine where they resided until a move to the Augusta area brought Laura to our office. Laura graduated Hampden Academy in 1993 and decided to enter the field of dentistry shortly after. Laura graduated from the University of Maine's Dental Assisting program in 1997. She spent the next six years employed as an Orthodontic Assistant. Returning to her roots, Laura went back to General Dentistry. 8 years later, Laura enjoys the expanded duties that are available with Dr. Bryant and more than ever enjoys caring for patients and making their visits more comfortable.

Outside of work, life is busy with kids, and pets, and home improvement projects. Some interests are gardening and bird watching.

If you find yourself in her chair, make sure you look for birds outside the window at the feeder!

Lauren was raised in Randolph and she graduated from Gardiner Area High School in 2003.  Lauren continued her education at University of New England receiving her Associates of Dental Hygiene in 2006 and completing her Bachelors of Dental Hygiene graduating Cum Laude in 2007.  In her final year of school, her studies were focused on the systemic links to periodontal disease and new methods of treatment.  She currently resides in Gardiner with her fiancé Justin (Frankie) Edelstein.  Lauren is thrilled to be working close to home and with such a great team.  She thoroughly enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve overall health.

Laura is originally from Maine, but recently just returned from South Carolina this spring. She joined our team at the end of March 2011. Laura graduated from The University of New England in 2002, where she received her associates degree in dental hygiene. Laura then continued her education focusing on the treatment of periodontal disease. Laura currently resides in Litchfield with her husband Andy.

Laura looks forward to making each one of her patients feel comfortable and excited about obtaining their optimal oral health.
